Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Sarvada Jewellers, every piece of jewellery is crafted and verified with utmost care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or enrolling in our Gold SIP Scheme.

2. Jewellery Purchase — Returns & Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on jewellery purchased in-store, as each piece is hallmarked and certified at the time of sale.
  • In case of a genuine manufacturing defect, the item may be sent for inspection and repair/replacement at our discretion, within 7 days of purchase.
  • Customized, engraved, or altered jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Any exchange or buyback of gold/silver jewellery follows the prevailing market rate on the date of the transaction, subject to purity verification.

3. Gold SIP Scheme — Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your Gold SIP Scheme enrollment, the following terms apply:

  • Within 30 days of enrollment: Full refund of installment(s) paid, with no deductions.
  • After 30 days: The scheme cannot be cancelled. However, it may reach pre-maturity status as per the benefit table (see Scheme page).
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed via Cheque or Online Bank Transfer to the bank account registered at enrollment. Cash refunds are not available.
  • Processing time for refunds: 7–15 working days from the date of approved cancellation.
Note: Refund eligibility is subject to verification of KYC documents and confirmation that all scheme terms were met. The company's decision on refund eligibility is final.

4. Gold SIP Scheme — Maturity & Redemption

  • Maturity Date is 30 days after payment of the last (11th) installment.
  • Customers must redeem within 1 month from the maturity date.
  • Failure to redeem within this window will result in the issuance of a voucher or refund for the total installments paid plus any applicable discount, without the scheme benefit.
  • The final invoice value must be equal to or greater than the total installments paid. Partial redemption is not permitted.

5. Online/App Inquiries

Sarvada Jewellers currently operates primarily as a showroom-based business. Online product inquiries made through this website or the Sarvada mobile app do not constitute a confirmed purchase. All sales are finalized at our Ranchi showroom.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from purchases or scheme transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ranchi Courts, Jharkhand. We encourage customers to first resolve any concerns directly with us through our support channels.
