Detailed Terms & Conditions
1. Scheme Basics & Benefits
- The Gold SIP Scheme facilitates customers to purchase jewellery on installments from SARVADA JEWELLERS.
- Benefit: Earn up to 100% of one month’s installment at the end of the scheme (11 months).
- Installment Range: Minimum ₹1,000 and Maximum ₹50,000 (in multiples of ₹500).
- Enrollment Date: The date of payment of the first installment shall be deemed as the Enrollment Date.
2. Payment Rules
- Due Date: Same date as the Enrollment Date for subsequent months.
- Grace Period: 15 days in a month. If payment is missed within the grace period, the benefit offered shall be reduced.
- Payment Modes: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, NEFT/RTGS, Local Cheques favoring "SARVADA JEWELLERS Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.", or ECS.
- Restrictions: International cards are not accepted. Cheque dishonor charges are borne by the customer.
- Large Deposits: Amounts of ₹2 Lakhs and above are accepted via Cheque/Bank Transfer only.
- Reminders: The Company is not liable to send payment reminders.
3. Maturity & Redemption
- Maturity Date: 30 days after the payment of the last (11th) installment.
- Redemption Window: Customers must redeem within 1 month from the maturity start date.
- Non-Redemption: If not redeemed within 1 month, a refund or voucher (aggregating paid installments + discount) will be provided.
- Purchase Value: The final invoice value must be equal to or greater than the full value of installments paid. Partial purchase is not allowed.
- Gold Rate: Based on the Company’s prevailing rate on the date of purchase/redemption (rates may vary city-wise).
- Refund Policy: Cash refunds are generally not available. Refunds, if any, are made via Cheque or Online Transfer to the enrolled bank account.
4. Eligibility & Enrollment
- Who can Enroll: Only Individuals.
- Not Permitted: Companies, Partnership firms, Proprietorships, Trusts, HUFs, or NRI Customers.
- Minors: May enroll only through natural guardians.
- Borrowed Funds: Customers cannot enroll using money borrowed from other persons.
- Mode: Offline (Showroom) or Online (Mobile App).
5. Documentation (KYC)
- Mandatory: Photo Identity & Address Proof (Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card, PAN Card, etc.) and Bank Account details.
- Name Accuracy: Name must match the ID proof exactly (no nicknames).
- Updates: Any change in contact/address must be immediately updated with the Company.
- Verification: The Company reserves the right to verify identity via SMS/OTP or document checks at any time.
- At Redemption: Account holder must personally visit with valid Photo ID and PAN Card.
6. Nominee Policy
- Nominee can be appointed at the time of enrollment.
- In the event of death, the amount is transferable to the nominee upon producing ID/Address proof.
- If No Nominee: Legal heirs must produce: Death Certificate, Succession Certificate, NOC from other heirs, Indemnity Undertaking, and Will (if any). Company decision on document sufficiency is final.
7. Legal & General Terms
- Operator: The Company is the operator and reserves the right to suspend/alter the scheme at any time.
- Liability: Limited to the extent of installments paid + applicable discounts. No other assurance/warranty is implied.
- Disputes: Subject to the jurisdiction of RANCHI Courts only.
- Regulatory Changes: Company reserves the right to modify the scheme to comply with changes in laws/rules/Acts.
